SHIPPING POLICY

At Unique Products & Services we pack every product with great care and confidence.

All items are made to order, packed and shipped directly from our factory in Mexico. Each product is securely packaged in an individual carton. In order to be able to protect it, we use a combination of heavy-duty cardboard, shrink-wrap, pallets, strapping, and custom-fit packaging materials. We cushion and stabilize each pallet to match the product´s exact shape, significantly reducing the risk of damage during transit. Thanks to our careful packaging process, over 99% of our deliveries arrive in perfect condition—without damages or scratches.

We know how disappointing it can be to find a perfect piece has arrived damaged. That’s why we prioritize secure, reliable packaging for every order. At Unique Products & Services we go above and beyond to make sure your product arrives safely and intact.

Lead times vary depending on the product, manufacturing facility, and order volume. Orders may typically be fulfilled within 2 to 6 weeks from the date the order is placed. Our MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) may vary by product and supplier, ranging from 1 carton to 1 pallet. For our wholesale, bulk orders or extra-large planters, we offer palletized LTL (Less than a Truck Load) shipments. Contact us for a freight quote.

Proper palletizing and combination of certain models within each pallet is vital for safe arrival, therefore, our factory recommends certain combination of products per pallet. For our fragile items such as the ceramic planters, we construct a barrier around your pots using plywood and heavy-duty straps. Then, our team fills the empty space around your ceramics with fresh foam. We also add "Fragile" stickers to the exterior of the parcel for extra insurance.
